TROUBLESHOOTING

Cannot connect and the display won’t turn on

Ans: Make sure you have selected the correct baud rate. Select 9600 baud rate for all models.

Meter is programmed as Magnetic but could not start

Ans: Set up Magnet start in the Download Suite software. Use a magnet on the rear side of

the meter for more than 2 seconds, the logger should be activated and the REC ﬂashes. If not,

change a new and stronger magnet and try it again.
